How to Enter: Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. No purchase necessary.
This contest is open to healthcare professionals only. Enter free at http://www.medcareers.com
by completing the site registration form AND posting a resume or setting up a job poster (employer)
account on the website. The contest will begin on August 1, 2000 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends
on October 31, 2000 at midnight EST. All entries must be received by October 31, 2000 at
midnight EST. One entry per participant; multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries
become the property of MedCAREERS.com. Entrants must agree to MedCAREERS.com's terms of service
regarding privacy. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at the time of entry; “authorized account holder" is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service
provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
MedCAREERS.com is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer,
online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
Prize Details: The prize is a 10-day Mediterranean Cruise for two including double accommodations
on Norwegian Cruise Line plus round trip 21-day advance purchase coach air fare to the designated
port of call (the "Trip"). The estimated value of the Trip is approximately $11,000.00. Travel will
be arranged through the Travel Outlet, Inc. of Norfolk, Va. The Trip is subject to, and winner and
guest must comply with, any applicable terms, conditions and travel restrictions imposed by
Norwegian Cruise Line and the selected air carrier, and reservations are subject to availability
and blackout dates. Airline and cruise line tickets, once issued, are nonrefundable, nontransferable
and may not be exchanged for alternate travel itineraries without the provider's consent, and no
prize transfer, substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Travel dates for the cruise are
October 3 – 13, 2001. Dates are subject to change by Norwegian Cruise Lines without notice.
Prize Drawing: The winner will be chosen by random drawing to be held on November 15, 2000.
Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone, U.S. mail or overnight delivery service and
does not have to be present to win. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification,
it will be given away in a subsequent random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number
of eligible entries received.
Eligibility: Employees and immediate family members of employees of MedCAREERS.com, their
subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates and agencies are not eligible to participate or win.
Only bonafide, legitimate and good faith entries qualify, and all entries are subject to
verification and qualification by MedCAREERS.com. Winner and accompanying guest must execute
an affidavit of eligibility and travel liability release and are responsible for all necessary
passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, travel arrangements not provided for herein and for
all additional costs and expenses incidental to winning and taking the Trip. All decisions of
MedCAREERS.com, its affiliates and agents, with regard to verification and qualification shall
be final in all respects.
General Info: By acceptance of the prize, winner agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless
MedCAREERS.com, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or employees from any claim of
damages or liability in connection with the acceptance and travel of the prize. By entering,
participant agrees to (a) the official rules and decisions of MedCAREERS.com regarding the
contest which shall be final in all respects and (b), where permitted by applicable law, to
the use of winner's name and/or likeness and publicity for advertising and promotional purposes
without compensation. Contest void where prohibited by law and not currently available to
residents of the states of AK, HI, and RI. MedCAREERS.com reserves the right to cancel or make
