Clinic hours: Mon-Wed 7a-6p less 1 hr unpaid lunch, Thurs/Fri 8a-1p no lunch

Site Details: Ages 2+, 2.5 patients per hour, Primary Care, Employee Health, Urgent Care

REQUIREMENTS

Active SC license

Active DEA

Certifications- BLS with hands on training
