Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide locum tenens coverage across three locations in Indiana. This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, covering a variety of cases in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 200 cases in the last 12 months and be board-certified or board-eligible.

Position Details:

• Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available


• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Preference for candidates available for Mondays and Fridays
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible


• Licensure: Indiana RN license (or IMLC compact license)
  


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year with at least 200 cases in the last 12 months


• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required


• Preferred Experience: Experience across GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Urology, Respiratory, and more

Job Responsibilities:

• Care Model: Supervisory model with a supervising anesthesiologist overseeing up to 5 CRNAs


• Typical Cases: Laparoscopic surgeries, robotic procedures, orthopedic trauma, vascular surgeries, neurosurgeries, and more


• Support Staff: Supported by OR nursing, Operating Room Techs, and Patient Care Techs


• Technology: Medication management with Omnicell, Pyxis; EMR system is Epic

Additional Information:

• No OB or Open Heart procedures


• No on-call requirements


• Credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks
