Duration: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: 1 week per month, Monday-Sunday
Call: Inpatient call, weeknights and weekend only
Scope: Pediatric Otolaryngology onsite ED coverage, inpatient consults, and trauma call
Common diagnosis/procedures: Ped ENT complications requiring drainage: Peritonsillar abscess, neck abscess, retropharyngeal abscess, mastoiditis, complicated sinus infections, Foreign body removal: esophageal and airway foreign bodies, nasal/ear foreign bodies, Airway consults: stridor in newborns, Bleeding: Post tonsillectomy bleeding, nose bleeds, Trauma: nasal fractures, penetrating oral trauma
EMR: Epic
Hospital: Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center
Required: Board Certified, OR License/DEA, PALS
Credentialing: 90-120 Days Benefits or working with Pacific Companies:
