Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: March 17 – August 1
Reason for coverage: Leave of absence
Schedule: 3 days per week (option for 2 days, but prefer 3)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 15-18 ppd
Scope: 0-18, well and sick visits, 100% outpatient  
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Group/support: MA support
Requirements: Clean NPDB (may consider minor malpractice for 7+ years ago), COVID Vaccinated and boosted (non-negotiable), Board certified/eligible, CA license and California DEA
