About the opportunity:

• Schedule: Per diem


• Hours: between 7a-11p, varies


• Patient Population: All ages, 0+


• Multiple state licenses required


• Must have at least one of the three state licenses: CA, D.C. or NY

Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioners will be responsible for:

• 
  
  Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Primary Care experience


• Licensed to practice medicine in the state needed
  
  
  
  • Must have at least one of the three state licenses: CA, D.C. or NY
  
  
  • Multiple state licenses required
  
  
  
  


• Board Certified
