Conviva Care Center, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is on the hunt for a primary care physician for our Delray Beach location on the beautiful Florida treasure coast.
We see Medicare Advantage patients in a value-based care environment, 8-12 patients per day, allowing you to have time to get to know them and focus on the best care.
