Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care opening just west of Rutland, Vermont.


Details:

• 3-5 years Express / Urgent Care Practice Experience required


• Join a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of primary care needs in the county


• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive healthcare services


• Network of Family Practitioners, Internists, Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers


• Certified Level III Medical Homes with advanced panel and case management systems


• Express care/same day service embedded in primary care practice


• Work-life balance with 4-day work weeks


• On-Call 3 weeks per year on average


• Candidates must have suturing and I&D experience, ability to treat all age groups


• Operating hours from 8am to 8pm


• Utilization of Medent EMR system for efficient documentation and patient management
