Description
Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a full-time, interventional cardiologist to join its expanding team.
- The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide interventional services at 2 locations.
- Provides 24/7 STEMI coverage at both sites.
- First site is comprised of 5 full-time cardiologists (1+ interventionalist with 4 non-invasive cardiologists) as well as 5 APPs, in addition to these full-time providers, there are part-time services provided by 3 Electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a Heart Failure specialist, 4 vascular surgeons and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon.
- Second site is comprised of 3 full-time and 1 part-time interventional/structural cardiologists, 6 full-time general cardiologists, XX APP’s providing service in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, in addition to 24/7 coverage of EP, heart failure, cardiothoracic, and vascular services.
- Full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs.
- Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, TEE’s, cardioversions, temporary and permanent pacemakers, Intra-aortic Balloon Pumps as well as peripheral angiogram and intervention by vascular surgery.
- Site provides full EP services including arrhythmia ablations and defibrillator/CRT device implantations, the full spectrum of structural heart procedures including TAVR and LAAO procedures, in addition to cardiothoracic surgeries.
