Requirements:
Must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years. However, must have at least 1 year of CURRENT specialty experience for a clinical pass.
1st Timer/16 WKS/12 James PCU - D/N or Nights - AO

Patient Diagnoses:
• Surgical Oncology: breast, thyroid, melanoma
• Hepatobiliary: liver, pancreas, spleen, biliary tract cancers, neuroendocrine
• Colorectal: colon, rectal cancer
• Plastics: reconstructive breast cancer or sarcoma

Unit Details:
• Chemotherapy
• Blood transfusions
• IV Antibiotics
• Oncologic emergencies
• cytokine release syndrome
• Insulin drips
• Heparin drips
• Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls
