Registered Nurse

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
- Valid Kansas or compact state nursing license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure
Nice to Have Skills
- More than 5 years of ER experience
- Previous experience in large healthcare facilities
- Experience with patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kansas or a compact state
- At least 3 years of ER nursing experience, with a preference for 5+ years in similar high-volume settings
Other Requirements
- Willingness to occasionally float as needed
- Availability for scheduled weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Orientation sessions commence on Mondays
- Certifications and credentials must be submitted by Wednesday prior to start
- Travel and licensure reimbursements applicable
