FMLA STATUS Full time exempt - Provider shall work on a 4 days per week schedule in the dental management practice in Casper

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary (DOE) and bonus package; student loan repayment/credit eligible
SCHEDULE: M-Th; 7:45am – 5:45pm or 8am – 5pm (normally, hours of work model can be reevaluated); Part time position scheduled to be determined
PAID TIME OFF:  Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Time, Holidays, and CME
MALPRACTICE:  Medical mal paid for by Clinic (occurrence based)
