It all started here! TriStar Centennial Medical Center is our flagship hospital with a 741-bed comprehensive facility offering medical and surgical programs including behavioral health, 24-hour emergency and TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion sits connected to our main facility and houses 132 beds with focused treatment delivery for Adult General Psych, Senior Treatment, and our Nationally Recognized and Accredited Memory Care Program.  Parthenon Pavilion offers full cycle therapy to include inpatient acute care with treatment mall programming, Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization, and ECT delivery.  Our programs focus on patient care, medication management, coping skills, family therapy, individual therapies, and group therapies to include Music Therapy, Reminiscent Therapy, ADL coaching, Grief Counseling, and Process Therapy.  

We are seeking a Director of Nursing for Psychiatric Inpatient Programs to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. • You will oversee and direct the care of operations within the nursing departments for the Parthenon Pavilion
• You will be the primary point of contact for nursing care delivery
• You will oversee and direct the care of assisting personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.  
• You will be responsible for maintaining compliance within all regulatory and accrediting body of standards related to patient care.
• You will demonstrate clinical knowledge of psychiatric nursing and maintain highest quality of comprehensive patient care.
• You will monitor and ensure appropriateness of nursing staff and ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and updated accordingly
• You will work collaboratively with other disciplines within the Parthenon Pavilion to enhance quality of care and participate in performance improvement initiatives
