A medical clinic located 1 hour south of Corvallis, OR is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Schedule is full time working in an outpatient setting. Schedule is full time. 2+ years experience is needed. The provider will provide Health Screenings, Physical Exams, medication management and acute care as appropriate for patients in our Residential Substance Abuse Programs. (including managing behavioral health medications) for patients with complex medical, behavioral health, and substances use disorders.
