Are you a dedicated anesthesiologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We are looking for a knowledgeable and versatile General Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes while providing professional growth and stability.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven expertise in general anesthesia with comfort in regional anesthesia techniques
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
- Ability to supervise CRNAs, with occasional independent practice
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work a Monday through Friday schedule, with 10-hour shifts preferred
- Flexibility to work 3 weeks per month minimum
Nice to Have:
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
- Experience supervising or collaborating with anesthesia support staff
- Confidence managing diverse surgical cases (excluding cardiac, pediatric, premies, or neonates)
Preferred Education & Experience:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Valid state medical license and board certification
Additional Requirements:
- No requirement to handle pediatric, neonatal, or premie cases
- Call is negotiable, could be from home, and is not mandatory
- Most cases involve supervision of CRNAs, with occasional solo work
