Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for full-time contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Martinsville, Indiana.

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Physical Therapist License / Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,620 - $1,790 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Shifts are usually 8 hours, Monday through Friday
