Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in diverse clinical settings
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA practice preferred
- Prior locum or contract experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including at least 2 weeks per month
- Ability to travel into Lafayette; a weekly stipend and travel reimbursements provided
- Must follow all facility-specific policies and procedures
- No outreach to Lafayette, Crowley, Jennings CRNAs or those contracted through Louisiana Anesthesia Solutions/Krewe Anesthesia; candidates must be aware of and adhere to these restrictions
