JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Certified
- Licenses: Licensed in AZ
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience
- Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; must provide case logs of blocks performed
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide anesthesia services across 4 designated facility locations.
- Perform independent anesthesia practice including peripheral nerve blocks.
- Participate in shared weeknight and weekend call coverage.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in surgical, endoscopic, and procedural settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility-specific credentialing requirements.
