Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients across the care continuum, from outpatient clinic visits to inpatient admissions and ongoing care.
- Admit and manage patients requiring hospitalization, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds on assigned patients, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize care.
- Participate in educational initiatives and stay current with best practices in hospital medicine.
