Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery

• Supervise and mentor radiation therapists and support staff

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization

• Maintain and enforce radiation safety protocols and equipment QA

• Collaborate with physicists, dosimetrists, and physicians to support treatment planning and delivery

• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, education, and ongoing performance evaluations
