• Upwards of $300,000 first year
• 7 On, 7 Off Schedule! 24-hour schedule (typically Only 8-10 hours onsite!)

• Relocation Bonuses as well as Annual Percentage Bonus of 8%

• $20,000 - $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Retention bonus - $10k – paid yearly.
• Quality incentive of up to 8% base pay, paid bi-yearly
