Practice Highlights

Academic Environment: Large, established academic health system with a multi-hospital network and active pathology residency program (Year 3; first class graduating this year)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 with a consistent weekly structure

Clinical Focus: General sign-out with emphasis on complex specimens and tumor board participation

Team Structure: Collaborative, subspecialty-diverse team supporting shared workload and case distribution

Academic Involvement: Resident interaction, teaching, and participation in conferences and academic activities

Call: 1:7 rotation, primarily phone-based with occasional onsite needs

Candidates: Open to new graduates and experienced pathologists

Degree: MD/DO - Open to new grads!
