Full-time Registered Nurse needed at a top critical access hospital in Wisconsin

Job Summary: Seeking a RN to work in the Med/Surg department. PM and Night shifts are available. The position provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. This position will communicate with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, this position able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Qualifications: 
-  Graduate of an accredited School of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin
-  Must have current BLS certification
