Description
A great opportunity for an Adult Psychiatrist that has an entrepreneurial interest in having ownership in a business with no money upfront. This group is a well-established 20-year-old single specialty group. This position involves covering an inpatient unit for a local hospital providing consultation service to the medical beds in the hospital and ECT services. Weekday call is from home by telephone, with an average of 3 calls per month. Call also involves backing up the inpatient doctor on weekends and covering consultations about 1 in 2 months. This position has a salary plus bonus and benefits. Benefits include a pension contribution of 12.5% of salary. Family insurance plan, malpractice, staff dues memberships to APA, Mass Medical Society, Vacation and sick time is 4 weeks per year. There is an option to partner after 2 years with no buy. Located in beautiful southern, coastal Massachusetts just 30 miles from Providence RI and 60miles from Boston.
