Standard Qualifications: ICU/CVICU Registered Nurse NURSES---Come and work for an Award Winning Hospital! We are an: Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and Electrophysiology labs Atrial Fibrillation Certified Center Advanced Primary Stroke Center Accredited Sepsis Center (pending) This unit is a 26 bed multispecialty ICU. Patient population includes but it not limited to Open Heart Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, as well as patients with high acuity and intensity treatments- IABP, CRRT, Impella, and Targeted Temperature Management. We utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to give safe quality patient care. Nursing Shared Governance is in place at West Florida Hospital and we are on a journey for ANCC's Pathway to Excellence in Nursing. Our strong Nurse Managers and Assistant Nurse Managers lead their teams expertly within our hospital.
