Nurse Practitioner NP / Family Practice / Outpatient We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP for an immediate opening. Our client is a multi-specialty practice consisting of over 200 providers, which is owned and operated by an LLC reporting directly to the board. Financially stable, provider led organization. Our client offers the following benefits: $95,000 to $102,000 Base Salary. Sign on bonus. Loan repayment option. Annual quality bonus of up to 10%. Nurse Practitioner NP / Family Practice / Outpatient Job Responsibilities As a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP you will be responsible for planning and implementation of the primary care service delivery to patients per health care plan and written protocols. Provide primary, secondary and tertiary care, including counseling and referral within multidisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities for the Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP include: Clinic operates Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday. Dependable hours provide work-life balance. Share in regional call rotation - low volumes. Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the Family Practice Nurse Practitioner NP role include: Seeking candidate who has at least two years advanced practice experience treating patients of all ages. Must be comfortable practicing independently. Solid interpersonal skills which will assist the provider in maintaining a strong practice in the existing clinic setting; willingness to engage in marketing activities. Clean background required; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC. Experience with EMR; proficient with computers, dictation systems and portable devices.
