Full-time Nurse Practitioner needed at a Pain Care Center! (Reference Code: KAM)
Join our busy and thriving Pain Care Center practice in the Lafayette, Indiana area. Pain Care experience preferred.
Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients. Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physician examinations, and treat accordingly.
