Description
We're excited for the opportunity to recruit for such an electrifying and important role within the Air Care Team of a nationally recognized Level One Trauma Center in Florida! The Air Care Manager will be Responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Air Care team and Emergency Transfer Center, to ensure delivery of quality service, safety and optimal patient flow.

What you need to bring to the table
Education/Training
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Graduate of an approved school of nursing or Graduate of an approved Paramedic Training Program; and
Completion of an Air Medical Resource Management course; and Completion of Aviation vendor flight safety training; and
Completion of the Air Medical Crew Core Curriculum Course.
Licensure/Certification
Maintains current professional license as a RN and/or Paramedic in the State of Florida.
National Certification in specialty area within six (6) months.
Maintains current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC is required for certain areas.
Experience
Three (3) years clinical experience as a Flight Paramedic or Nurse transporting both scene and interfacility critical care patients across the age spectrum and one (1) year leadership experience
