Dates covg is needed: ASAP (pending creds) - ongoing

Schedule/Shift: M-F, full-time. 10 or 12 hour shifts

Call: No call or weekends.

Type of Cases: Cath lab and Endo lab. GenSurg, IV Reg, Spinal, Epidural, Regional, Obs, Neuro and Vent Mgmt

Average # of cases/day: 35 surgical

Support Staff: CRNAs will be supervised. CST, RN, RNFA, CRNA, MDA

Patient age(s): All ages

Certs: AANA, BLS, ACLS, PALS

T&L: Prefer local; Mileage reimb offered.

Credentialing timeframe: 1 month
