The Primary Care locum tenens opportunity in New Hampshire…
Location: Lebanon, NH
Duration: April 2022 – December 2022 (potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (client would prefer M-F for 2weeks over 3 days per week every week)
Shift: 8a-5p
Scope: Adult Medicine 18+ primary care, outpatient (sick/well visits, chronic care, hypertension/diabetes)
Volume: 15-18 per day
EMR: Epic
Requirements: Board certified or eligible with NH or Compact license, flu and COVID vaccine requiredVeronica Conley
