Description
Location – Homer, AK
Duration – 11/4 – 11/7 plus ten days per month ongoing.
Schedule – 10 consecutive 24-hour call shifts.
Volume – 130 – 140 deliveries a year + emergency GYN & C-Section
Scope – Full scope OBGYN, Emergency GYN Coverage/ 35 week and above delivered at the hospital.
24-hour Call Type: Home phone calls (not in hospital for 24 hours), response time 20 minutes, potentially OB Consults
EMR – Evident in the hospital, Athena in the clinic
Group/Support – 2-3 CNMs, perform 50-60% of deliveries.
Requirement – AK License, Board Certified Preferred, be available for CNM consultation for OB patients in office or in labor.
