Description
We are seeking multiple Primary Care Physicians across the entire state of Oregon. We have open needs in the following locations for Primary Care - Family and Internal Medicine.- Hermiston
- Astoria
- The Dalles
- Salem
- Portland Please see below for out most pressing need Location: Oregon (Inquire for specific clinic location)
Duration: August ongoing, 6+ months w/ option tot extend
Reason for coverage: Loss of provider, we have patient panels
Schedule: Our Clinic is open for Provider schedules 830 – 7 M,T, TH, F, 830 – 530 on Wednesdays, and 830 – 2 on Saturday
Shift: We are flexible within the above time frames.
Call: No
Patient volume: For a full day, around 17
Scope: Family practice or pediatrics
EMR: Next Gen
Hospital: Clinic only
Group/support: We have a cadre of nurses, medical assistants, and other licensed medical providers on site
Requirements (boards, license): Licensed to practice in Oregon as MD or DO with DEA designation .
Skills
- FM/IM Residency Training
- Board Certification, or truly Board Eligible
- Licensed to practice in Oregon as MD or DO with DEA designation .
