·      Join a practice of 4 Primary Care physicians (FP, IM/Peds), 5 Primary Care NPs, 1 LCSW. Also on-site is an Occupational Medicine physician, an Urgent Care clinic with 6 Urgent Care NPs, and 2 Nephrologists

·      Clinic has a full-service imaging center and laboratory, and houses virtual Urgent Care clinic

·      30 exam rooms total

·      EMR: EPIC

·      Physicians have their own MA and one lead RN, and work with 2 NPs

·      Clinic call is 1:3, phone call only (physicians rotate weeks). After hours calls are done via a RN call service. Anything Pediatric-related is referred to Children’s Hospital in STL

·      Work environment/day-to-day work:

• Work schedule: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm outpatient clinic


• Average number of patients per day: 17 - 21

·      MGMA Median salary plus Productivity

• Years 1 & 2 of contract compensation language = “Greater of either the national MGMA base salary ($261,964 in 2022) OR physician’s productivity, whichever is higher


• Years 3+ contract compensation language = “Pure Productivity” using current MGMA compensation per wRVU. Physician is expected to at least hit the national MGMA median for wRVUs (an “eat what you kill” compensation model)




• All providers in group have a productivity ranging from 60^th – 90^th percentile for wRVUs

·      Aggressive Loan Repayment: up to $420,000 over 10-year period

·      Signing Bonus, plus Monthly Stipend for Residents: $50,000 Signing Bonus or Residency Stipend ($2,000 paid monthly until start date)

·      5 weeks PTO

·      $5,000 for CME, licensing, and dues.

·      5 days CME per calendar year

·      Paid Malpractice
