• Weekly schedule preference is a rotation NIGHT SHIFTS, 7 pm – 7 am. 7 on 7 off is the ideal schedule, or if they need to do something else they can consider - Four consecutive night shifts or non-consecutive if they prefer, but the days will rotate from week to week
