Dental practice in a high-traffic, high-end retail area is in need of an experienced, well-rounded dentist for Manager, Clinical Director (MCD) role. At least two (2) years of general dentist experience
Must have denture experience - implants would be nice
Must understand and use Comprehensive Long Term Treatment Planning - No quick fixes
Notes
Pay based on daily rate + monthly bonus
8 location practice - NOT corporate - No Micromanaging
Mentor
Team Atmosphere (1 hygienist, you, plus one other doctor)
On-site dental lab
Office Manager handles sales
M-F schedule - work one Saturday per month
