Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a permanent Pediatric Nurse Practitioner position in Susanville, California. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality pediatric care in a supportive, community-focused clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct well-child visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Provide guidance and education to parents and guardians on growth, nutrition, and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in California (or ability to obtain)
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner required
