Position, Compensation & Organization: 

• Founding geriatrician role shaping care for the Shenandoah Valley 
• Join a nationally recognized hospital (100 Top Hospitals Recognition) 
• 4-day, 10-hour schedule with full-time compensation package 
• Manage 5-10 patients daily across local assisted living facilities (within 20 minutes) 
• 1:10 call schedule covering hospice & palliative care only 
• Extended 30-45 minute visits emphasizing relationships and quality care 
• Integration with behavioral health for dual-diagnosis patients 
• Involved in establishing the region's first PACE facility 
• Strong referral network across Augusta Health 
• Teaching opportunities in the Internal Medicine residency program
