Description --Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established Clinic --This opportunity is outpatient only --Full-time position with a minimum of 4 clinic days per week --35 patient contact hours weekly (standard full-time) --Call rotation approximately 1:8, phone only --Support from a robust hospitalist program at nearby ProHealth hospitals --Epic EMR is integrated across the system --Collaborative work culture with experienced providers on-site --Access to on-site lab and imaging services --The clinic is home to a cohesive team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers, along with embedded Advanced Practice Providers and integrated services to support coordinated patient care --Two-year guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for productivity incentives --Signing bonus and student loan repayment available --CME time plus $5,000 CME allowance --Generous paid time off --Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance --Occurrence-based malpractice coverage, including tail --401(k) with match and 457(b) retirement plans --Licensing, board certification, and professional dues paid --Relocation assistance up to $15,000 * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
