Description Seeking a full-time BC/BE Colorectal Surgeon to join our established practice • Schedule/Call: Shared equally among the Practice but no greater than 1:3 • Our physicians are experts in managing both benign and malignant conditions of the small bowel, colon, and rectum, offering a full spectrum of care including traditional surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and endoscopy. • The practice currently includes two FT colorectal surgeons and one surgeon who does general surgery and colorectal surgery, along with two physician assistants, and a skilled, supportive staff. • Two Da Vinci Xi robots • Work/Life Balance: CRS-Only Call in Single Hospital • Competitive Compensation package with the opportunity to earn additional incentives • Sign on bonus • Extender bonus • Productivity incentive • Non-Profit Health System, Employed Model *PSLF Eligible • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) , CME Days and CME stipend • Employer-paid Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage • Group Life Insurance • Paid Parental Leave • Tuition Assistance available for self, spouse/domestic partner, and dependents • Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance • 403(b) Retirement Plan with 50% employer match, plus an employer-paid pension plan.
