Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary $285,000
• wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
• Sign-on $50,000
• Student Loan Repayment up to $150,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  BE/BC Family Medicine
• Licensure: Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
• Sponsorship: J1 or H1B eligible
