• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology


• Hospital employed practice


• No nights or weekend work


• Patients are seen 4 1/2 days a week in the office


• The current physician is seeing 15-18 patients per day in the clinic, including 2-4 new patients


• The practice has a current wait time of 4 months


• RVU compensation with no cap + quarterly quality metric bonuses
