Description Randstad Healthcare has partnered with a facility in MA seeking Hospitalist locums coverage. Please review the details. • 25 bed hospital on Martha's Vineyard Isle • Gets busier in summer month • Active MA medical license • DEA • MA controlled substance certificate • ACLS • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • 2+ years of Hospitalist experience is required • EPIC experience is required; will consider no experience in this • They would like the doc (will consider placing 2 doc's) work 15 variable shifts per month • Shift times: day: 7am-3pm; evening shift: 3pm to 11pm; then take call from 11p to 7a • Single covered shifts • Procedures: n/a • ER docs take care of admissions No Academic component Back-up specialists available limited, but shall have EM, AN, ORS, GS, OBGYN, PEDS and MIDLEVEL SUPPORT DOC • $150 to $160/hrs • If on call; Call pay: for call pay we guarantee 4 hours of work at their normal hourly rate and if they would happen to work more than 4 hours normal rate applies • Travel: Hospital puts up doc at their own lodging arrangements (hospital owns a couple of houses and apartments on the Isle) • Client will cover the ferry to and from Isle • Client will consider covering airfare If you are interested, please forward an updated CV and provide the best time and phone number for us to talk over additional details.
