Description Athens Neighborhood Health Center – College <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Tuesdays until 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm; Dedicated Admin time Wed 1 pm - 5 pm</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: Approximately 20 per day, with encounters beyond that eligible for provider incentives</li> <li>Call Schedule: 1:7; Rotated Weekly</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Compensation: $200,000 - $280,000 Negotiable based on Experience</li> <li>Benefits: - NHSC Loan Repayment - Up to 12 paid holidays annually - Accrue 8 hours of sick leave per month - 160 hours of vacation - FTCA Medical Malpractice Coverage - Medical insurance covers an 80/20 split between ANHC and the Physician via Cigna - Term Life Insurance ($50,000) and Short-Term Disability are included - Optional plans (e.g., dental, vision, long-term disability, additional life insurance) are available through AFLAC at the Physician’s expense. - 403b plan with a 5% employee contribution and a 4% employer match - CME: 5 Days and $2,500 stipend - Annual reimbursement of DEA license renewal fees - Professional Development Resources such as relevant subscriptions, certifications, and memberships </li> <li>Additional Info: Join Our Mission. What you'll do: - Delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management. - Providing clinical leadership and oversight for advanced practice providers, promoting the highest standards of care. - Reviewing and co-signing 10% of patient charts, focusing on new patients and those with complex needs or requiring advanced imaging, to ensure quality and compliance.
