A Family Nurse Practitioner with urgent care or occupational medicine experience is needed to provide locum coverage for health clinics near New Haven, CT
Description:
•  Phlebotomy exp a plus
•  EMR is eclinicalworks
•  Jan 11 start date
•  Multiple dates available Mon-Thurs 7a-5p
•  All adults
•  Single provider clinic
•  Wellness Programs: Smoking cessation, weight management, diabetes management, nutrition programs, stress management

Requirements:
•  Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent in nursing
•  Active & unrestricted Connecticut license & DEA
•  2+ years of experience as an NP or PA
•  Experience in OM or UC
•  BLS & ACLS certs
