Pay Range: $105,400 to $168,000 annualized DOE
The salary range for this role may vary. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of what Sansum Clinic has to offer. In addition to posting Min to Max as pay ranges.

The RN Manager, Operating Room is responsible for providing all functional direction to members of the perioperative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while optimizing available resources including surgical case management and perioperative patient care coordination. This position works with staff and physicians to develop, implement, and deliver specialized care to patients in accordance with the recognized standards of operating room care in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Skills

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE:

Must have a valid license in the State of California as a Registered Nurse. or obtian one prior to 1st day of employement.

Current CPR certification/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or dually certified in both AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) at time of hire.

One to two years recent experience in the management of a healthcare facility supervising five (5) or more employees required.
Master’s degree in nursing, business of related field or equivalent experience in a Surgery Center.
