Coordinated Care Medical Director

Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary depending on experience
  • Generous Quality Bonus: Based on the clinic's overall standard of care
  • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 sign on bonus
  • Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000 - determined by departure location
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance: System-funded and paid directly to lender


Qualifications

  • Degree:  MD/DO
  • Certifications:  Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM/PEDs
  • Licensure: Minnesota state license or ability to obtain
  • Skillset:  Comfort level with substance use disorders and a marginalized population
  • Experience:  Residents/Fellows welcome - some clinical experience preferred
