Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and compassionate care skills.
- BLS required; hospice or palliative care certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including pain and symptom management.
- Administer medications and interventions to ensure patient comfort.
- Educate patients and families on hospice care, disease progression, and end-of-life planning.
- Document patient care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families.
