Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Interventional Pain Medicine Physician • Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time • Location: Mountain Home, AR • Service Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient and Surgical Settings • Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Schedule PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE • Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric • Average Daily Volume / Census: High volume of interventional pain patients • Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes • Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Interventional Pain Management including procedural-based care in procedure center, outpatient surgery center, and main operating room FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS • Beds in Department/Unit: 268-bed acute care facility • EMR System: Hospital EMR System (details available upon request) • Specialty Backup: Multispecialty medical and surgical support available • Support Staff: Dedicated nursing and procedural support teams • Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within hospital medical staff structure • Reason for Opening: Growth and continued expansion of pain management services CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE • Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine • DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and required life support certifications • Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing timeline • Visa Sponsorship: No J-1 or H-1B sponsorship available COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS • Base Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Incentive Bonus Structure: Commencement bonus available • Relocation Assis
