Requirements:
- Board certified or board Eligible in Cardiology
- If board eligible kindly state date of graduation
- Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- CPR - (must be obtained prior to start)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- CPR for Healthcare providers
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Valid Vermont medical license
- Valid Vermont DEA license
- Board certification or eligibility in appropriate governing body
- CPR
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
