  REQUIRED PROCEDURES  
  TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography), Cardiac Anesthesia for open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases.  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS  
  

  
• Board: Board Certified in Cardiac Anesthesia and TEE (NBE Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography)
  
• Licenses: Active NE license or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Certifications: TEE Certification (NBE Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography)
  
• Experience: Fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology required; if not, 5+ years CV Anesthesia experience with letters of recommendation.
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice/background, Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days.
  

  Duties & Responsibilities  
  

  
• Provide cardiac anesthesia for open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases.
  
• Perform TEE as required.
  
• Cover general OR cases as needed.
  
• Supervise CRNAs occasionally.
  
• Participate in overnight and weekend call.
